Why AnchoredandFree.org you may be asking.<\/h3>\t\t\t

Anchored and free is a way of life for disciplined followers of Jesus Christ, and His gospel. Inspired by the words of Christ in John 4, we believe that we should live our lives as an expression of worship to God in spirit and in truth.<\/p>\n

Being freed by the spirit of God to live a life that overcomes the world and glorifies Him is a gift that we must acknowledge and appreciate. However, this freedom is not unbounded. It must be balanced by, and live within, the truth of God's character and nature; which are revealed to us in His word.<\/p>\n

So while we are indeed free, we are also anchored to an unmovable foundation in God. This means that we can only drift so far in any direction. Winds of (false) doctrine can push us but so far. Charismatic and fervent presentation can sway us but so much, before the anchor takes hold and pulls us back into position.<\/p>\n

We are yielded to the spirit to flow freely with the spirit. We are anchored in the truth to discern when what's flowing is not the spirit! Join us...become anchored and be set free!<\/justify><\/p>\n
