The vision of Spirit and Truth Church & Ministries is to focus its teaching, both in declaration and demonstration on the following:
- The saving power of the sacrifice of Jesus the Christ (Romans 10:9)
- The call to love God and others (Luke 10:27, I John 4:20)
- The denial of self (Luke 9:23-24)
There will be weekly worship services with an intentional focus on glorifying God and convicting and challenging men and women to draw closer to Him through their worship and their walk. These services will include prayer, congregational worship. Proclamation of God’s word, an invitation to the body of Christ (universally and/or locally), and an opportunity to give offerings.
There will be weekly bible teaching (corporately and/or in smaller group settings) with an intentional focus on edifying and equipping men and women to walk worthy of their calling, and demonstrate Christ-like character consistently in their lives. While there may be times when the weekly worship service includes a topical presentation of scripture, the weekly bible study will have in depth, exegetical examination of scripture as its focus. Our aim is to reveal the character and nature of God, through the principles communicated to us in His word; and equip people to study the Word of God for themselves.
